Frequently Asked Questions
When can I receive settlement?
You can request settlement anytime your revenue reaches the minimum amount (10,000 coins). After admin approval, it will be sent to your wallet as USDT.
Under what circumstances is the completion escrow refunded?
If serialization is paused for more than 2 weeks on a novel with paid episodes, a warning is issued. If it exceeds 3 weeks (21 days), the escrow is refunded to purchasing readers.
Are purchases made with points included in revenue?
No. Points are payment fee compensation and are not included in author settlements. Only the portion paid with coins is subject to revenue distribution.
How is revenue from translations distributed?
Translations follow the same 40/30/30 structure. 10% of the translator's instant payment (40%) is paid as royalty to the original author.
